Carpe Diem

Oh I remember now. :D I went for the Anugerah Cemerlang and the performances were the bomb! :D Adib did a superb job with his Tanah Pusaka and his rendition of Getaran Jiwa, originally sung by P Ramlee. It was so old movie romantic. :D
I saw the ex-form-5ers there as well, and I hugged Kimberley. She looked so pretty! And she gives a good hug. :D
I saw Amos and Daniel there as well. :) To Daniel, I was running to someone and so I said a quick Congratulations and tapped him on the shoulder. Amos pula, was when I was running in the other direction and got held up by Melor XD and he grabbed my attention by swiping the air in front of my face. Hahaha. I said "oh hey!" And he said hi. :D Love the hair, love the shirt. :D hahahha!

And you know, I just passingly said Congratulations and ran away, looking for my sister. I felt so bad afterward, that when he passed me for the third time (?) I went "to hell with it. :)" and I tapped him on the shoulder. He turned and said hi, and I signalled a hug :D and we hugged! Yay carpe diem. :D The feel of it was....unexpected, to say the least. In a good way. Hug, tapped me a few friendly times while I gave him a good hug. Kimberley's was really sincere and good though XD What the heck, I'm comparing hugs now!

I feel like out of Daniel, Amos and Kimberley, I talked to Amos the most. :D maybe that's why the hug popped into my mind.

Good night :D

The girl, and her dog.

Dear, I thought I'd drop a line
The weather's cool, the folks are fine
I'm in bed each night at nine
P.S. I love you.

Yesterday we had some rain,
but all in all I can't complain.
Was it dusty on the train?
P.S. I love you.

Write to the Browns just as soon as you're able
They came around to call
I burned a hole in the dining room table
And let me see, I guess that's all.

Nothing left to tell you, dear
Except each day seems like a year
Everybody's thinking of you
P.S. I love you.

~Nellie Kay - PS I Love You

Thank you Mandy for downloading this song :D

This song is so beautiful. Mirrors my feeling almost perfectly, and I think it's possible for me to burn a hole in the dining table XD What. I burned water and soup before OKAY XD ahahaha.

Tuition update :D since I don't communicate well I love observing people. There's a girl in my tuition centre and I think we're the same form. Her hair is cropped and layered like a boy's, wears squarish glasses like most people are wearing. But to me she just couldn't seem like a boy. Her face was cute and shoulders are strong, but still a touch feminine. It was what drew me to her :) I first took notice of her when my dad and I were held up by a red light near the tuition centre. She was so carefree, one leg high on the bicycle pedal, another on the ground, just waiting for the light to go green.

Along came a stray dog. He was really clean for a stray, from afar, with the shiny black and brown coat. He just trotted over to her and nuzzled her leg, maybe like what an old friend would do if she were to see you walking and just took you casually by the hand. And she looked down, and lightly ruffle the fur on his head. It was so.... indescribable. :D I went, "Wow."

Three Fridays I've gone without Sejarah tuition, and three Fridays straight I saw her going for a class at the time I come out. And it's been three Fridays I went "wow." watching the dog follow her with a companion to the tuition centre's gate, only hindered by the lady of the tuition centre and a metal grille. Once he even went in with her, and got shooed out. He came back next Friday though. :D

Last Friday, I was waiting for the dog and the girl again, so I just patiently waited for my Pa to pick me up. She walked relaxedly past me, and the black and brown dog came at her heels, with a golden stray dog. She shooed the dog before she entered; I went wow again, because the dog stayed for a full two minutes before leaving with the companion.

He came back after a minute, without the companion. It came close to my leg, so I tentatively reached out and patted his head. He didn't bite :D I felt so overwhelmingly happy!

Just that moment a girl from BM tuition was coming down the stairs with one of her guy friends who was also coming out of BM tuition. Before she came down I had my very first conversation with her, and I was still glowing with the novelty of it. :D The guy and I, our relation is actually unspoken. I sat next to him for the first and last time of Biology. XD And I went "whoaaaa!" as he drew a huge circle for an animal cell. XD I saw him smile that day. :D

Anyway. The girl instantly went behind the grille, due to her fear(?) of dogs. She was scared of the stray near my knobbly knees and I smiled as the guy teased her and reassured her that the dog was going. The dog finally went and then the girl came out XD So all of us were laughing good-naturedly; the girl headed for her ride and the guy..... as he passed by me to start his walk home, he made a remark that it's not easy to find a dog like that... ho king ah! XD *thumbs up sign* and I could've sworn my eyes got wider and I went "Mm!" Hahahaha, and I glowed radiantly for the rest of the night.

That's it.. I guess. I'll post when I remember what I want to say. :D
Oh I'm so excited for tomorrow! :D

The story of Glutton.

Listening to the sweetness of Yuna, the rawness of guitar and vocals of An Honest Mistake, the rockin' tunes of The Benchmarx, and somehow, the awesomeness of Ben 10. XD

***

I haven't related the story of Glutton, right?
Well. My sister was just browsing through the pictures in my phone and stumbled on the pictures of us releasing Glutton. Hahahahhahahahhaa (you'll see why I'm laughing in a short while.)
Glutton is this family's tortoise-turtle. It started off as a gift from an auntie, and it was so very very small. Smaller than half a palm! So you can imagine what it looks like when it crawls on your hand. XD

So we initially kept it in a container with a pastel pink top, the ones you can easily find in a hidupan air shop. The container used to belong to a fighting fish who had passed on.

As we didn't really know how much to feed it, we put a (little? XD) bit more. It ate it all up, and that's how the name Glutton was born a few weeks later.

Glutton grew, and he grew and then he grew some more! He grew until he couldn't move in his container and he got transferred to a blue tong we couldn't use anymore. (I'd like to think it was a he, because if it were a she... well. If. XD)

My Pa and Chloe usually fed him, so they naturally got closer to him, talking to him and stuff like that. It's amazing how a relationship between two entities in which one cannot speak can be so bonding. Glutton stayed with us for 2-3 (or even more XD I don't remember) years. We occasionally took him out and put him in the sink or the bathroom to waddle around to his heart's content. Once we let him out and forgot to put him back for a while. When we looked in the bathroom, he was GONE! We looked everywhere for him, and finally we found him up a corner under a bed in our room. It was hilarious. I had a torchlight and shone it on him and then he looked back flippantly. Like. "What the hell, leave meh here." hahahaha.

We cleaned him once in a while. He'd smell a few days later. XD

Eventually... well, a good thing has to end someday. He grew too big for the tong, and we kept discussing the issue of setting him free kat the recreational lake in Kelana Jaya. And one day, we went.

The setting free of Glutton was really memorable. XD I took pictures of Glutton, of my dad, my sister. When the time came, we smiled and took him out of his much too small tong. "Goodbye Glutton, I'll miss you. We'll miss you! :'D" "bye bye Glutton!" yes, we said our goodbyes.

We put him on the bank. He tested the water, and finally crawled in without a second glance. Then there wasn't any sign of him. Not one ripple, not one wave. "Well. That's that," I thought.

Out of the blue, literally, he JUMPED out of the water so very very high and did some flipper trick thing! HAHAHA we laughed our asses off, and then we left the scene.

Yeah, it was memorable. :D Good day, people.

I made someone smile!

I ran up the escalator the wrong way yesterday! :D
Before that, my youngest sister and I were busy chatting with Masazlifa (A.Z., just like that :D) and you know what, we clicked so easy.
Then I was sitting and rocking myself on a chair at Coffee and Friends in HSC, when I spotted half a person working downstairs at the Ponytail! The person wore purple pants, and had nice 65% masculine 35% feminine arms. Hahaha my analogy sucks. I was curious to know his/her gender, so I went down the escalator with my sister, Chloe.
We ran up a few steps the wrong way and then we went down for a bit. Then when we tried to go up the wrong way again there was this stranger in a black (head to toe) uniform with a half apron. I said out loud, "Alarr, got people lah Chloe! Never mind, later we go up, I wanna go check out the person's gender~~" And I looked back at my sister but I saw this weird smile on the guy's face. I swear, I didn't mean to XD
And then later when we went over to Ponytail like two sesat James Bonds, I finally spotted the person in purple pants.... and it was a guy! XD I immediately ran away and squatted and collapsed into laughter. My sister also saw him and laughed along with me, it truly cracked us up. Incurred a few stares but yes, we laughed anyway!
I then dragged her back to the escalator, and coincidentally, he was already halfway up the ascending escalator. I said "Chloe, let's do this!" and I ran up the descending escalator, thinking that she'd run up with me. Mana tahu I was doing it on my own and when I finally got to the landing I showed everyone the peace sign and said "Yeah I DID IT!" hahahahaha!
I glanced over at him, and he looked at me with the mentioned weird smile and then he really smiled. I was so proud of myself, for actually making someone smile without saying a really (annoyingly) loud "HIII" to get a response from them.
And yes, today I'm typing this from the very same cafe Coffee and Friends on a laptop with Internet which they provide for customers, hanging out with AZ and Ina :D
It emits a very friendly, casual vibe. Come visit! Who knows, maybe you'd find me around here too :) like Syafiq, hahaha.
I'm gonna spy the guy working at the game store now, his wardrobe is so cool. Lah, it's the whole package HAHA.
Good day!

Amen.

I wonder what colour it is.

I wonder what colour today is :D I'm thinking a light sky blue. Then the clouds came. And it rained XD HAHAHA I know Leanne will know what I'm talking about. XD Let's say, a wager was made and a song was made a stake.

***

A week before, my BM tuition teacher had a wedding to attend in Kedah. She informed us, truly she did but I, as usual, forgot and was so sesat there, ahaha. What was funnier was that this dude was sesat there as well! (and his shirt made him so good on the eyes.. hahahahaha)

I flippantly asked him whether he was here for BM, and he said yes. So.. (still sesat).. I asked an Indonesian lady there (I don't like calling them workers for some reason. "Workers" always seem to project an image of someone slogging away at the rocks with a PICKAXE ahaha) and she said it was held in the back room. I've already checked there, but I checked again because you'd never know when you missed a class of 50, right?

And all the while he was by my side~ ahahahaha!

Then. Light dawned! *cue heavenly epiphany music*

Yes. Light dawned horribly clearly.

"Didn't teacher say something about going for a wedding in Kedah? Her cousin and all that?"

"Oh ya ah!" Light dawned crystal clear on him as well. (His smile is nice. Maybe a little stretchy but really nice to look at.)

(Right before this episode, I had nasi goreng kicap, so the rice was brown. And it was goooood. The reason I'm stating this is because it'll come later in the story XD I bet you can guess.)

Mr Mark, having his dinner in the main area of this tuition centre, is my favourite of ALL the teachers in the centre. This is maybe due to him teaching my first class where I joined the Form 2s as a Form 3, last year. He is super super super FUNNAY! I'll dedicate a post to the teachers later. XD

The dude and I went to ask him about the BM class. (ahaha the dude and I.) He said that it was in the back room, and I glimpsed the papan kenyataan that confirmed it!

Ah. Sensei wa inai da. *tumbleweed*

Hahahaha (^ Ah. Teacher's not here.) Yah.

"Mr Mark, lao shi you jiang guo ta yao qu wedding zhai Kedah... shi ma?" (or something like that) and he was like "OH YA AH..... ya lah!" Then he looked at me sharply and teasingly and I said, "EHEHEH I forgot." Hahaha and I smiled.

Mr Mark also teased the dude and he smiled and laughed too, and it was so wonderful to look at. Many people in my class don't smile at me, they just acknowledge me.. so I found that a new experience. I then borrowed the resident fax/phone and called my dad, who just dropped me off.

He went down first and I went down after I called my dad. I didn't even get to say bye to him, as he looked the other way. Checking my teeth as I walked to the car, I realized that there was a small piece of something in my canine groove. I was too tired to say DAMN so I just wondered, "Hmm. I wonder what colour it was." Ahahahaha.

***

Today, I sat beside him during BM tuition. XD Hahaha! I sneaked so many peeks at his hands, I can't get over HANDS! His hands. O gosh. And his little laughs, so very different from the rest. In a good way. :)

So tomorrow, I'll be attending a seminar (?? workshop) at HELP; with a few friends of the same form, and some seniors. Okay. A lot of seniors. XD

Wish me luck at being organized. Night :)

Lollies and Candy

I hope I can post regularly now...
Haha dream on lah.
So a very good morning to you, yes you. :D How was your day?

I make observing people my hobby. This is because I realize that I myself am very sequacious, which means something like lack of independence and originality of thought. I recognize that at the least........ but more of the latter. XD I've built and cherish my independence.

I wished the princess Happy Birthday two days ago, and it was so liberating. They (meaning the white princess and prince) were like, "How you know?" XD I said I heard word. Haha, who'll ever know the true answer? I gave o-hime sama 2 Cubyrop packets so that she could share with the prince, ahahaha. Lucky I beli. XD

And today, I decided on a whim to dress like them, what with all the shorts and loose printed tees. I felt so exposed at the legs, ahahaha. Guess I'm just not used to the feeling.

And I was so sesat during Additional Mathematics. (I mean I get it, but I was sitting at a far corner XD) so when Add Math finished, I moved to the front. Right behind princess and prince. They were harder to observe inconspicuously up front, haha. Both of 'em smiled at me when the class started.. I smiled back. O hime sama gave me a lollipop that was so good! I felt so happy, I was finally making progress and breaking out through English tuition classes, ahaha.

The dark horse is still tantalizingly dark skinned and alluring as ever. Damn that black string thing around his neck. Hahaha. The rogue was there too... and he looks dangerous. Or maybe it's just meh.

So toodles people :D I'll try posting more regularly, and I'm starting a new blog soon that'll feature everyday life's events in pictures. Like today, I plan on drawing Leanne-sama, Alya, Dhanya and Shiva all standing together enjoying the "air-conditioning" XD Which came from a Justice Fan! Ahahaha just thinking of the picture cracks me up. Lazy to do though.

I need to get a thumbdrive and start writing an article. XD

My smileys!! D:

Just glancing at other people's blogs have shamed me to no end of all my smileys. DARN IT I will learn to write without so many of them, so please learn to judge my expressions... :)
I have found the silliest song on Youtube. It's called the Chicken Song XD and I laughed when the chorus played. Go take a look and you'll know what I mean~ ahahahaha!

So today was fairly uneventful. Well... except for Ashwin, who was hilarious, again, in his "field", the Chemistry Lab of SMKSH! Ahahaha, after what happened with the burning of magnesium, a small piece of potassium seemed likely to explode more XD and Gloria accidentally cut a bigger piece than most and created an explosion that warded everyone off to a 1 mile radius of it, haha!

I'm thinking a lot these days. I analyze everything I do form a third party's perspective and never seem to feel anything. So I guess when I say something to someone I'll be thinking, how would that project myself in the person's eyes? The person's mind? Am I someone that follows everyone; what they say, what they do? Then my other harsh self will say, "Yes, you do and you just can't seem to stop the pattern." Then I'll shout, "To hell with what you think, other self! I'm my own person."

And I just can't seem to live up to what I say.

I'm not special in any way. I'm just remembered for my happy vague smiles.

Good night now everyone... and I'll try living up to the blog name "Of Music and Sundays". :D
